What is FootballTalento for academies?
FootballTalento is free football academy management software. It brings enrolment, parental consent, training plans, attendance, player development, camps, monthly fees and invoices into one platform, and connects parents and coaches through their own accounts.
Which academies is FootballTalento suitable for?
Youth academies and football schools of any size, from a single age group to several teams with their own coaches. You set up age groups and teams, assign coaches and plan training per team, while parents, players and coaches each get their own access.
Is it free for academies?
Yes. The academy platform is free to use, with no subscription and no per-seat fee. A custom domain is the only optional paid add-on, at €9.99 per month.
How do parents pay fees?
By card or by a monthly auto-renewing subscription through Stripe, or in cash. You can collect into your FootballTalento wallet or into your own Stripe account.
How does parental consent work?
For every member under 18 – or the GDPR age in their country – an automatic consent email goes to the parent, with a one-click confirmation page, reminders and a pending and confirmed overview.
Can parents book camps without an account?
Yes. Camps support guest checkout for one or several siblings. Parent and child accounts are created automatically afterwards, with password emails.
Can coaches use it too?
Yes. Invite coaches by FTBT ID, email or link, assign them a team and give them page-based access. They keep their FootballTalento account if they leave the academy.
Do we get invoices automatically?
Yes. Numbered PDF invoices and receipts are generated automatically and emailed in the member's language, with Stripe invoice links where relevant.
Can we use our own Stripe account?
Yes. Connect your own Stripe account – the keys are encrypted – or collect payments into your FootballTalento wallet and withdraw to your IBAN.
