What is FootballTalento for clubs?
FootballTalento is free football club management software. Clubs run teams and squads, staff permissions, matches, tournaments, referees, payments, club news and messaging from one dashboard, and get a public club profile plus their own club website.
Which clubs is FootballTalento suitable for?
Amateur, grassroots and youth clubs as well as semi-professional clubs that want to run teams, matches and payments without spreadsheets. A club can start with a single team and add more teams and staff members as it grows.
Is FootballTalento free for clubs?
Yes. The platform is free to use, with no subscription and no per-seat fee. The only optional paid add-on is a custom domain at €9.99 per month – your FootballTalento subdomain is free.
Can several staff members work in the dashboard?
Yes. Invite staff with role presets and give each person per-page access – for example profile, matches, finances, staff, visitors, messages, domains, roster, members or news – or full access.
How do players pay for matches and tournaments?
Online with Stripe at checkout, or in cash, which you confirm in the dashboard. Fees can be split between players and an optional deposit can be required.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Every club gets a free yourclub.footballtalento.com subdomain. A custom domain such as www.yourclub.com is optional at €9.99 per month, with automatic SSL.
How do we get the Verified Club badge?
Through business verification: upload a club register extract, an association certificate or DFBnet proof. Once approved, the badge appears on your public profile.
How are messages to under-18 players handled?
Messages addressed to a player under 18 are delivered to their parents instead, so the club stays in contact with the responsible adults.
